Ricky Lewis CafeJac Jersey Arts Centre Jan - Mar 2024

RampArts prides itself on providing opportunities for our islands' local creatives, offering chances to share their skills and shine a light on Jersey's talent. I'm immensely proud of Ricky's dedication. It's a pleasure to support such a passionate soul.

Channel Island Pride 2023

By far one of the most exciting events we have ever collaborated on. Channel Island Pride had something for everyone.

Artists Kelly Eastwood, Aaron McMullen, Paige Le Geyt, Ali Robinson, Gregor Paton and Ricardo Santos each created unique artwork celebrating LGBT community, paying homage to artists such as Keith Haring and Claude Cahun, and exploring their own interpretation of inclusion and acceptance.

RampArts Graffiti Activity Pride 2023

Community Champions of the Year 2023 nomination

This award seeks to recognise any individual or group who gives something back to the community.

It could be a parish official who is always there when needed, a member of a local youth or play group, someone who dedicates their services to a local church, or simply a local resident going that extra mile for their parish. Jersey is one big community, and that is only made possible by the generous actions of these remarkable people – the very people who help to make our Island such a special place in which to live.

Mrs Janes Garden July 2023

RampArts were honoured to collaborate with Grouville Primary School to create a quiet, reflective, sensory garden in loving memory of a very special teacher Mrs Janes, who sadly passed last year.

Year 6 read poems of remembrance, and friends and family gathered for the official opening. The ribbon was cut by Mrs Janes husband Austen.

Thank you Robbialac & Cin Paints - Jersey UK for your colourful support once again and to Barney de le Cloche for capturing these special moments.

#loveourplanet RampArts and Grouville Primary School Eco team Collaboration

Grouville Primary School are passionate about the planet and contacted RampArts to help share their covid story, whilst highlighting the dangers of plastic waste and materials that have come through due to the pandemic.

RampArtist Kelly Eastwood Art was a perfect fit for the project, she also has a passion for our earth, and is an active eco supporter

Using posters produced by the Eco team, we were able to identify common themes to include on a display board, using old masks, plastic parts from lateral flow tests such as the red caps, and recycled materials to send our message.

“Thank you RampArts for bringing this idea to life for us.” ~ Mrs Sharon Kellett and the Eco team.

Battle of Flowers POP UP

This is what an art collective is all about, a team of local creatives coming together to make something beautiful in the world, this time in honour of the Battle of Flowers 2022!

With a background in installation art, I was instantly excited when Ele of Precious Petals approached me about a secret floral pop up project. Her inspiration came from NYC flower designer Lewis Miller, whose goal is to create a positive, emotional response through flowers, and that's just what we have done. We would like to thank Connor Burgher for supporting the project and giving it the Saint Helier thumbs up! as well as the amazing florists and farms who kindly donated what they could spare for the cause: Floralies, Market Flowers, New Lawns Jersey and Sprouts Farm.

RampArts Revolving Wall #1

Common Ground Collaboration February 2021 on going

Common Ground pride themselves on offering an innovative space for local artists and creatives to display and celebrate their work. As an art collective we formulated a ‘RampArts Revolving Wall’ initiative, this launched in 2021, bringing together four of our newest RampArts Jersey members. The theme is local beauty, interpreted and expressed wonderfully in their unique styles.

Jacques “After a year of cancelled plans and missed opportunities, it feels good to be showing work again. Making art has been a lifeline for me and many others during the pandemic. It’s a form of escapism that always succeeds in restoring my inner peace and helps to make sense of this beautifully mad world we all share.”

Jonny “It’s brilliant to see the local community coming together to support each other, RampArts Jersey is a great platform for artists to get their work out and I’m excited to be a part of that!”

Martyn “I've always enjoyed sketching doodles and a few pictures but have never painted on a pebble until March time 2020. I am extremely excited to be part of a RampArts exhibition and am humbled by all the interest and support in my pebbles”

A group of talented local artists have come together under the collective name “RampArts” and will be exhibiting in the space from February 2020.

Heather Brown, a visual artist, explains “The RampArts collective formed in 2015 alongside the reopening of the gallery at Fort Regent. We represent like minded local artists, musicians and writers interested in sharing their creativity and talents.”

From February 2020 Heather will be curating and working alongside a collection of other artists, whose focus is on exploration of texture, scale and movement, with an invigorating impact of colour and design. RampArts Launch Show

The Art Gallery Fort Regent July 2015

The Art Gallery at Fort Regent is once again open for exhibitions, installations and workshops. The Art Gallery has had a makeover and to launch the re-opening a group of talented local artists have come together under the collective name ‘RampArts’ and will be working and exhibiting in the space from late July 2015.

Heather Brown, a local artist explained why she was very keen to come to the Fort. “I was seeking a location for an installation project, after visiting The Art Gallery at Fort Regent and hearing about the refurbishments, I decided to spread the word and quickly established a group of creatives to collaborate with. What is so exciting about this particular group is the diverse types of creativity from musicians, visual artists, writers and photographers.”
